Diabetes Programs of Excellence

As a recognized program of the American Diabetes Association, Adventist Health White Memorial’s diabetes program offers top-quality and interactive diabetes education.

As a participant in the program, you will have the opportunity to meet individually with our certified diabetes educators. Our educators will work closely with you and your physician to help you learn how to manage your diabetes.

You will have the opportunity to attend and participate in interactive courses designed to help you learn about diabetes and how to make healthy lifestyle changes. You will also have access to support groups and a team of professionals to help you stay on track in taking care of your health.
