Finance Officer
As a Finance Officer at Adventist Health White Memorial Chip Owens is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the progress of our financial goals, setting productivity benchmarks, auditing all departments and wraparound services, and managing the hospital’s numerous assets and investments.
Most recently serving as Finance Officer at Adventist Health Simi Valley, Chip has over 20 years of experience in healthcare finance.
Owens started his career at AdventHealth Orlando in Florida. He has also worked at AdventHealth Manchester in Manchester, Kentucky, and Adventist Health Bakersfield in California, in addition to his most recent role at Adventist Health Simi Valley.
A recipient of a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska, Owens also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.
