Dr. Ali Cheaito Elected To Sages Membership

All Cheaito , MD of Simi Valley, CA United States has been elected to membership in the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES), according to an announcement by Aurora D. Pryor, MD, SAGES President.
SAGES Active membership is open to board-certified surgeons who have demonstrated experience and proficiency in gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery, and to surgeons in training.
SAGES was founded in 1981, the mission of SAGES is to improve quality patient care through education, research, innovation and leadership, principally in gastrointestinal and endoscopic surgery. SAGES is a leading surgical society, representing and educating a global community of over 6,600 surgeons that can bring minimal access surgery, endoscopy and emerging techniques to patients worldwide. The organization sets the clinical and educational guidelines on standards of practice in various procedures, critical to enhancing patient safety and health.
