Compliance Information
Our compliance program provides a standard for ethical behavior and a reporting system for notifying management of potential ethical breaches.
The organization's legal board adopted the formalized compliance program, which consists of written policies, procedures and a code of conduct. These are designed to prevent, detect and correct violations of applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. The Corporate Compliance Officer and Local Compliance Officials are responsible for managing the program.
Adventist Health supports and encourages each employee to maintain individual responsibility for monitoring and reporting any activity by any employee or contractor that appears to violate any applicable laws, rules, regulations or this Compliance Program. Adventist Health's self-monitoring compliance program provides a confidential reporting system with the following options available for handling Compliance Program concerns:
