The outpatient neurological rehabilitation program at Adventist Health Glendale is designed to help people improve deficits (impairment) because of a neurological injury or disease. We address your unique needs by developing a customized treatment plan to meet your individual needs and goals.

Our team of experts includes a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, physical therapists, occupational therapists, driving specialists, speech therapists, and audiologists.

The neurological outpatient clinic is located on the main floor of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Building on the Adventist Health campus. Convenient parking and point-of-service registration is available.
