Live Well Senior Program
People over age 60 can join our Senior Live Well Program. The senior program is a free wellness program to enhance the quality of life for people in our community. Everyone over the age of 60 is eligible! Click the button below and sign up for your Live Well Senior Program Membership.
Go Heart
Go Heart is a free community-based program to help you live better, longer. We offer activities for a healthy mind, body, and spirit. The goals are to decrease stress, increase happiness, and prevent heart disease and related illnesses. Everyone over the age of 18 is eligible – click below to become a member!
Strong Again
Recovering from a medical incident? Ready to start strengthening and stretching your body? Build back your strength by attending our Short-term Strength Training Program. Chair fitness classes and martial arts sessions are available for you to attend until you are back to 100%. Ask your physician if a chair exercise program will aid your recovery. Classes are weekly at 10:00 a.m. Hand weights recommended. Call(818) 409-8354for fitness class schedule.
