December Howard Hero- Ashley Baldwin
Dec 17, 2021
This month, we have an incredibly deserving Howard Hero. Ashley Baldwin is a practice lead at our Redwood Medical Clinic. She was nominated by her peers for living our values of “Be Welcoming” and “Be A Force For Good”. This means she recognizes all people are created equal and embrace them in hospitality as we would a cherished friend. She also is courageous, takes action whether through her position or passion and works to impact our community for the better.
Ashley goes above and beyond to help our team. One staff member who nominated Ashley wrote, “At the clinic we want to nominate Ashley Baldwin. She has gone above and beyond finding ways of encouraging our team and lifting them up each day. I hear her on the phone talking to patients and she does a wonderful job of trying to appease them and address any concerns. She works up front to answer phones when we are short-handed, takes patients to their rooms and so much more. She’s incredible in her role at our clinic.”
Another peer wrote, “Ashley is a problem solver and goes out of her way for our team. She deserves to be a Howard Hero every day and is a large part of our success.”
At Adventist Health Howard Memorial, we can truly say we are very fortunate to have such an amazing team member working tirelessly for our staff and community. Thank you, Ashley for being a Howard Hero. You inspire us with your dedication and hard work! Join us in congratulating Ashley for this amazing accomplishment!
