Dr J Sy-Siong listen to me about my shoulder pain I had been having for some time. I told him how my job was very physical so I figured It was from that. After Dr took some X rays seen I had some bite adjustments he had made . Not sure how but after that my bite was straight and my pain in my shoulder was gone. Appreciate Dr for taking the time to help me.

I really was put at ease with that shot method he used. I believe he said it was a baby bear shot. It made the experience more pleasant

Dr. Jerome interacted with my son by counting his teeth, my Son was so astonished that he had 20 teeth. Dr. Jerome has previously worked on my teeth, also did an occlusal adjustment and I can honestly say I feel so much better. Dr. Jerome's baby bear shots are perfection, I never felt any pain. Dr. Jerome is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. Being a ten year dental assistant myself, Dr. Jerome has taught me more than my schooling ever did.

I have no worries when I have a Doctor like Dr.Jerome taking care of my concerns because I know he's good at what he does.

Dr. Jerome was so polite and made it clear how important it was I took care of my teeth. He taught me what changes I needed to make and after 3 months, my gums were in much better condition than they were the last time I was here. I love how kind Dr. Jerome was, expressing true concern for my teeth and my general health.

When I originally came to the clinic it was because the one in Hanford was so backed up and unable to take any appointments for the next 4 months. So I had to look for another clinic because the pain in my teeth was just too much to bear with. Here, I was so afraid of getting a root canal or an other invasive treatment but to my surprise, Dr. Jerome sat with me, listed to me, and then educated me about bite balancing. He made it clear that the importance of finding the root cause to my issue is so much more crucial than masking the problem and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Not only was the bite balancing a quick procedure, but it was painless its effects can be felt instantly with relief to my shoulder and jaw muscles. I have had multiple appointments to have my bite balanced as well as one for a cavity fill, and every time was so great. Even this recent visit was just for a hygienist but Dr. Jerome came and sat down, asking me about my teeth and how I am feeling. He is so polite and an amazing Dentist. This will be my permanent denial clinic as long as he works there.

I've never been so impressed with Doctor numbing my gums with a Baby bear shot. He did it slowly in little intervals and by the time I knew it I was numb. I get very anxious so I had my eyes closed but the gel that was applied before helped because I felt nothing. Doctor did a really good job numbing my gums before the cavity was filled.

This doctor is amazing and thorough. Excellent skills, quality care and professional work. Thumbs up
