A physician assistant with nearly 30 years clinical experience, Jean Pigford has worked in a primary care setting providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages under the direction of a physician.
He says, "I try and treat everyone with the same respect I like to receive."
Pigford enjoys the outdoor activities that the Central Valley has to offer, such as fishing, hiking and boating.
In his practice, Pigford provides complete care for the entire family, including preventative and routine wellness checks, women's health and care for chronic conditions such as obesity, diabetes and high blood pressure.

This doctor makes little comments about your health. I mention that I was running out of places to inject my insulin and his remark well that is why I don't eat or make choices to be on insulin.

Jean was absolutely amazing as always! Not only did he stay and see my 2 year old so that we could get meds for his pink eye but he also went above and beyond in explaining how to administer the drops.

I had an awful experience with Dr Pigford. He was rude, unprofessional, and did not allow me to voice my concern about my health. He also spoke about my exam results in an open areas, anyone in sight heard my results. I definitely do not recommend.
