As the medical director of the Adventist Health Bakersfield Wellness Center, Dr. Amira Ayad offers medically supervised non-surgical weight management. She is board-certified in obesity medicine, family medicine and anti-aging regenerative medicine.
Dr. Ayad enjoys all aspects of patient care and is very passionate about prevention and treatment of obesity with all its associated complications.
The Weight Management Program is a medically supervised program designed to help individuals lose weight while implementing lifestyle changes that will lead to long-term success.
When not helping her patients, Dr. Ayad enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and reading.
