Who uses Physical or Rehabilitative Therapy?
Those who benefit most from physical therapy are individuals who are in need of restoring injured body parts, increasing flexibility, or building strength. We also help improve posture and alignment, which if left uncorrected can cause damaging musculoskeletal conditions. Additionally, we help patients who have undergone surgeries and who are in need of therapy to regain optimal physical functionality.
Physical Therapy

Helping individual that lose mobility and function due to pain, injury, weakness, paralysis or a result of a disease process.

- Rehabilitation after hip, knee, leg, and ankle surgery

- Neurological impairments after a stroke, spinal cord injury, head injury

- Tendonitis

Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy can help patients regain, develop, and build the skills necessary to restore Independence in every day living.
Who will benefit? All patients with:
- Work related injuries or repetitive stress injuries like tendonities and carpal tunnel syndrome
- Limitations after a stroke, spinal cord injuries, head injuries, burns
- Developmental disabilities injuries or broken bone resulting from falls or sports injuries (shoulder-hand rehabilitation)
We also offer:
- Orthotics/splinting
- Work-site evaluation/ergonomics
- Cognitive re-training
Speech-Language Pathology
Who will benefit?
- Cognitive Impairments (including acquired/receptive language, resonance, hearing, or voice (including laryngeal speech) in the ICU, acute, SCU and outpatient settings.
- Oropharyngeal swallowing assessments for patients that have weak or absent swallow injury, and including ventilator-dependent patients and/or patients that have dysphagia.
- Clinical examinations at bedside and instrumented studies in cooperation with Radiology are available
