Fundraising events can be a fun, creative and effective way to raise awareness and provide financial support for the causes you are most passionate about. Thank you in advance for your efforts and your support. We look forward to working with you!
Steps to fundraising success
Step 1: Choose the best type of fundraiser for you. Plan a fundraiser you are excited about and confident you can be successful at. The fundraiser should fit the size, strengths and interests of you and your group.
Step 2: Read our fundraising guidelines below and make sure your project or event fits within our requirements.
Step 3: Submit your fundraising project or event idea.
Step 4: The Adventist Health Columbia Gorge Foundation will contact you to go over your fundraising plans.

Fundraising guidelines
- Community events and projects must be approved in writing by the Adventist Health Columbia Gorge Foundation prior to the event or project.
- Events and projects must be financially self-sustaining without contribution from or financial risk to the Adventist Health Columbia Gorge Foundation.
- Use of the Adventist Health Columbia Gorge Foundation name and/or logo must be approved in writing before printed or electronic promotional materials are distributed to the public. All materials or websites, including social media sites, with the Adventist Health Columbia Gorge Foundation name and/or logo must also be approved. Upon approval, the logo and name may only be used for that specific event.
- All corporate event/project sponsors must be preapproved by Adventist Health Columbia Gorge Foundation to ensure there are no conflicts with other key event sponsors or donors currently supporting the system in other areas.
- Adventist Health Columbia Gorge Foundation reserves the right to opt out as a beneficiary of the event/promotion at any time with no obligation, and the organizers shall promptly remove all references to Adventist Health Columbia Gorge Foundation from all promotions and advertising.
- The event or project must not include any aspect that would potentially detract from the community goodwill of Adventist Health Columbia Gorge Foundation.
We would love to help you by:
- Offering advice/guidance on your event planning.
- Acknowledging you for your contributions.
- Approving the use of the Adventist Health Columbia Gorge Foundation name and/or logo.
- Providing a letter of support to validate the authenticity of the event and its organizers.
- Providing patient stories, as available and with appropriate patient consent.
- Providing some promotional support for your event.
We are unable to:
- Release any mailing lists for the purpose of additional solicitation of funds by outside groups.
- Offer fundraising or reimbursement for expenses.
- Be responsible for selling tickets to your event.
- Guarantee staff, volunteer, patient or family attendance at the event.
