Adventist Health Clear Lake is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Northern California and proudly offers primary and specialty care services at locations in neighborhoods from Lakeport to Middletown.

With fourteen medical office locations, more than 90 providers and 700-plus associates, we strive to ensure quality healthcare is accessible to the approximately 65,000 citizens in our county.
