Visitor Information

You heal better and more quickly when you feel safe and loved. That's why we encourage your loved ones to visit you when your condition and our capacity allow it. Your friends and family are important parts of your care team!

Because patients are our top concern, we ask you and your visitors to adhere to the following guidelines to make sure everyone can heal in a safe and comfortable environment.

Visiting hours and guidelines

Visitors:Two visitors, aged 18 or older, per patient are allowed simultaneously.

Visiting Hours

  • General visiting hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • For Labor & Delivery/Postpartum, Pediatrics, Neonatal ICU, and Emergency Department, visiting is available 24/7.
  • Outpatient Surgical or Procedural visits allow one visitor during scheduled procedure hours.

Children/Minors:Those aged 12 or older may visit if accompanied and supervised by an adult.

Check-In:All visitors must check in and wear a visitor badge throughout their visit.

Health Condition:Visitors are kindly requested to refrain from visiting if feeling unwell.

Non-Discrimination:Our hospitals do not discriminate against visitors based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.

Overnight Visitors:Patients in private rooms may have one overnight visitor with patient and nursing staff approval. Patients in non-private rooms cannot have overnight visitors.

Emergency Department:Patients are allowed one designated visitor/support person per visit.

Considerations:Exceptions may be made for patients with disabilities, cognitive impairments, and end-of-life care. These circumstances will be managed by the unit director, and multiple visitors may be permitted.

Care Needs:Visitation may be delayed, altered, or declined based on individual patient care needs, determined by agreement between the patient's nurse and physician.

Contagious Illness:Visitation may be limited due to contagious illnesses. Please discuss with your charge nurse if needed.

Newborn and Pediatric Units:Access to these areas may vary to support infant/child bonding.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
