BE Award Recipient: Deborah Rosencrance
Department: Home Health & Hospice
Submitted by: Pritam Singh

BE Statement: Be Welcoming

Pritam Singh: “Deb demonstrates welcoming loving energy daily. During the start of my job, even with doing both roles of clinical manager, hospice manager and administrator Deb has never faltered or done anything that was not leadership behavior. Even during the stress of running every aspect of the business she was still kind, welcoming and loving. She continues to be welcoming and loving in all aspects of learning and growing at Adventist and I am happy to work with and for someone that exemplifies these traits."

BE Award Recipient: Peter Johnson
Department: EVS
Submitted by: Patience Boudreaux
BE Statement: Be a Force for Good

Patience Boudreaux: "Peter has stepped into the void caused by Trilogy's challenges to ensure our sharps containers are emptied in a timely manner, covering three days of the week by himself. This is on top of all the other ways he serves in this community, ensuring that our hospital is clean, and our units are stocked so that if linens are needed, there's no delay. He not only never says 'That's not my job' but he helps us all with a smile on his face. I'm not sure if there's anyone in this hospital who gets more steps in a day than him, and the warmth he brings to his role makes him a true force for good. Thank you, Peter!"
