Let’s face it, eating healthy at the baseball stadium isn’t easy. Most of the time you’re stuck with options that we’d consider to be pretty unhealthy. That doesn’t mean you need to go hungry while at the game. Making a few key choices will help you enjoy your concession items and leave you with a few less calories to work off the next day. So if you’re headed to a Portland Pickles game this summer, consider making these swaps at the concession stand.
Don't wait until the seventh inning for a good stretch. Whether you are sitting in the stands or sitting at your desk, it's important to stretch. Stretching allows blood to flow through your body, the nutrients in the blood are being carried and spread out all throughout your body as well.
